Site Rules
These rules govern the use of madnum, including registration, comments, and access to selected materials.

This document is provided in English for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.
1. General
madnum is an author-led website. By using the site, registering, or posting comments, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these rules.
2. Registration and account
Users must provide a valid email address, keep their login credentials confidential, and remain responsible for actions performed through their account.
3. Commenting and conduct
Respectful and good-faith communication is required. Users must not publish unlawful content, abuse, threats, harassment, discriminatory statements, spam, or material that infringes the rights of others.
4. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for the comments and other content they publish and confirm that they are legally entitled to post it.
5. Moderation
The site administration may remove comments, restrict posting, move a user into read-only mode, suspend or ban a user, and limit access to selected materials or features without prior notice.
6. Site content
Texts, photographs, design, and other site materials belong to the author or are used lawfully. Copying, mass reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use without permission is not allowed unless applicable law permits it.
7. Access to selected materials
Some materials may be available only to registered users. The site administration may change the scope and conditions of such access.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the site's Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The site administration takes reasonable steps to keep the site operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and is not responsible for user actions within the limits allowed by law.
10. Changes
The site administration may update these rules. The current version is published on the site, and continued use after publication means the user has read the updated version.
