Doorak is now on the App Store

Doorak has passed Apple review and is now available on the App Store.

This is the first public iOS release of the game for iPhone and iPad. You can play offline against AI opponents or create a local multiplayer game with friends.

A few days ago I wrote about how the artist fills out a standard form. It seems one of those forms has finally come back stamped “Approved.”

The Android version is still in closed testing on Google Play. In other words, the artist still has one more form to fill out.

Now the game can simply be installed, played, and judged outside the development process. That is both exciting and slightly terrifying — which probably means the release is real.
