Help with Doorak on iPhone and iPad: support contacts, local multiplayer, permissions, updates, and data.
Updated:
Welcome to Doorak support.
Doorak is a traditional strategy card game for iPhone and iPad. You can play offline against AI opponents or create a local multiplayer game with friends.
No account is required to use the app.

We normally respond within several business days.
When reporting a problem, please include:
- your device model;
- your iOS or iPadOS version;
- the Doorak app version;
- whether you were playing offline or in a local multiplayer game;
- what happened immediately before the problem;
- whether the problem can be reproduced.
A screenshot or screen recording can also be helpful.
Reporting a Problem With a Match
If the problem occurred during a specific match, you can send its technical record from the app:
- Open Profile.
- Open Match History.
- Find the affected match.
- Select Send Match.
Names of human players are anonymized before the match file is shared.
You can also use the feedback form available in Doorak settings. Providing a reply email is optional.
Local Multiplayer Help
Doorak multiplayer works directly between devices on the same local network.
For the most reliable connection:
- Connect every device to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Alternatively, let the host create a personal hotspot and connect all other devices to it.
- Temporarily disable VPN applications.
- Make sure every device has the same current version of Doorak.
- On the host device, open Friends → Server and create a room.
- On the other devices, open Friends → Client and scan the QR code or enter one of the displayed addresses.
Some public, guest, hotel, and corporate Wi-Fi networks prevent devices from communicating with one another. In this case, use a personal hotspot instead.
Local Network Permission
Doorak needs permission to communicate with other devices on the local network.
If access was previously denied:
- Open the iPhone or iPad Settings app.
- Select Privacy & Security → Local Network.
- Enable access for Doorak.
- Return to Doorak and try connecting again.
Camera Permission
Camera access is used only to scan a local room QR code.
If camera access was previously denied:
- Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
- Enable access for Doorak.
You can always connect by entering the server address manually instead.
Connection Problems
If a client cannot connect:
- confirm that the server room is still open;
- check that every device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network or hotspot;
- disable VPN;
- try every address displayed by the server;
- return to the Doorak main menu and reconnect;
- restart the room if the host’s network address has changed.
If a player is temporarily disconnected during a match, use the reconnect option. The host should keep the room open while the player reconnects.
Privacy and Data
Doorak stores game settings, match history, statistics, and unfinished games locally on the device.
Local multiplayer traffic is exchanged directly between participating devices. Doorak does not require a user account.
Diagnostic information may be sent only according to the choices made in the app. Match files and feedback are shared only after an explicit action by the user.
Read the full Doorak Privacy Policy.
App Updates
TestFlight users can update Doorak through the TestFlight app.
After the public release, updates will be available through the App Store. If an update is not shown immediately, open the Doorak product page in the App Store and refresh it.
